Power forward!

With decades of dynamic driving under its belt, the all new 3 series continues the trend, from the  combustion engine and integrated electric motor of the 330e to the M340i’s robust inline-6 that can generate up to 382 horsepower. Impressive power and efficiency is found here, with this plug-in hybrid powered by a BMW TwinPower Turbo engine that is coupled with an electric motor resulting in sporty accelerations and instant torque. This vehicle handling is class-defining, with a low center of gravity, lightweight components, and a suspension tuned to perfection on Nurburgring. New vision!

Visual changes for 2023 result in a sharper, more geometric design. That begins with the kidney grille which is presented with less rounded edges, as well as headlights featuring redesigned LED signatures. The bumper has a more boxy lower grille in 2023, sandwiched by L-shaped vents, while the rear bumper features a similarly angular look.

The standard 18-inch wheels have a new design, with a sharp Skyscraper Grey paint a color option across the lineup. Other sharp hues include the addition of a new Brooklyn Grey for the M340i.

Truly innovative!

The latest technology is found here, smarter and presented bigger than ever! Numerous buttons and controls have been expertly replaced to make way for more of a reliance on touch and voice controls. This is all presented with a configurable 12.3” Digital Instrument Cluster and 14.9” Central Information Display. The two meld perfectly in one stunning Curved Display that spans across the entire redesigned dashboard. Drivers and passengers alike can enjoy the latest iDrive 8 Operating System featuring BMW’s Intelligent Personal Assistant and convenient Remote Software Upgrades. M marks upgrade!

The 3 Series LCI is also presented with the M Sport package, which adds interior trim, an M leather steering wheel, variable sport steering and sits on unique 19 inch wheels. The M340i  also boasts a mesh kidney grille, new 18-inch wheels with an optional 19-inch upgrade, trapezoidal exhaust pipes and a body-color rear spoiler. For 2023, the M340i will pay homage to M’s 50th anniversary with BMW Motorsport badges on the hood, trunk and wheel center caps.
